A ceiling update begins with assessment.
Existing coatings, material condition and the desired finish affect the work. We discuss the removal scope and how the ceiling will be finished afterward.
Suitability comes first
Older ceiling materials may require testing and specialist handling before disturbance. JNL does not advertise asbestos abatement. Removal is considered only when the material is confirmed suitable for the proposed work.
Finish beyond the removal
The exposed ceiling may need repairs or skim coating before it can be painted. The estimate separates removal, repair, finishing and painting so the complete scope is understood.

Questions before we begin
Is removal always possible?
No. Material composition, coatings and condition must be evaluated first. Testing or specialist handling may be necessary before any disturbance.
