Protect the surface. Refresh the appearance.
If you’re comparing house painters in Spokane, start with a clear understanding of your home’s exterior. We review existing paint, substrate condition and access before recommending preparation and coatings.
Preparation suited to the substrate
Cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking and priming are considered where appropriate. The estimate identifies the surfaces and preparation included, with any repairs outside the painting scope discussed separately.
Schedule around conditions
Exterior work depends on weather and the coating manufacturer’s application requirements. We discuss timing and site conditions rather than promising a fixed season or finish date before review.
Commercial properties
Painting and coating scopes for commercial exteriors can be reviewed through our GC and commercial bid process.

Questions before we begin
When can exterior painting be scheduled?
Timing depends on suitable weather, surface readiness, product requirements and availability. Share your preferred window when requesting an estimate.
Can you paint any exterior material?
The substrate and existing coating need review. Specialty coatings and unusual surfaces are confirmed for each project before being included.
