The finish should fit the space.
A smooth wall, a textured room and a commercial specification can each require a different approach. We review the existing board, desired finish, lighting and coating before setting the scope.
Level 4 and Level 5
Level 4 includes finished joints and fasteners prepared for suitable decoration. Level 5 adds a skim coat across the surface and may be appropriate for demanding lighting or specified finishes. Finish levels are selected with the plans, specifications and coating requirements.
Already have board in place?
We can review finishing-only scopes and repairs as part of a remodel. Board readiness, joint condition, access and protection are clarified before work begins.

Questions before we begin
Do you offer finishing without hanging drywall?
Yes. Drywall finishing is a core service. JNL does not primarily market new drywall installation.
Does every room need Level 5?
No. The right finish depends on the specified appearance, lighting, paint sheen and existing surface. We discuss the appropriate scope in your estimate.
