Division 09 scopes.
Defined around your project.

JNL reviews drywall repair, finishing and painting scopes for general contractors, property teams and business owners in the Spokane area. Tenant improvements and remodels can bring several finish trades into one coordinated package.

Finishing and repair

  • Drywall patching and repair at demolition or trade interfaces
  • Taping and finishing of prepared board
  • Specified finish levels, including Level 4 or Level 5 as appropriate
  • Texture matching, skim coating and ceiling repair

Painting and coatings

  • Interior and exterior commercial painting
  • Walls, ceilings, doors and frames where specified
  • Preparation, primer and specified finish systems
  • Specialty coatings only after scope and capability review

Retail, offices and tenant improvements

Share the plans, finish schedule, specifications and bid deadline. Identify access, occupied areas, phasing and any high-access requirements so they can be considered in the proposal.

Medical, public and prevailing-wage inquiries

These projects are reviewed individually. Required qualifications, registrations, wage requirements, site controls and capacity must be confirmed before JNL commits to a bid or project. No specific certification or completed public-project history is claimed here.

Repair and finishing are the focus

Limited board replacement may be included as part of repair or a small-room scope. Large-scale drywall hanging is not a primary advertised service.
